- Advertising identifiers (IDFA) if you grant permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt.

We use the collected information to:
- Provide, operate, and improve the Service and its AI-powered photo features.
- Process your transactions and manage your subscriptions.
- Analyze usage patterns to enhance user experience and develop new features.
- Send important service notifications and updates.
- Detect, prevent, and address technical issues and fraud.

3. Photo Data and AI Processing
Photos you submit are sent to our servers and processed by our AI systems to deliver the features of the Service. Uploaded photos are stored on our servers only for the duration of processing and are automatically deleted within 24 hours after the processing is complete.
We do not use your personal photos to train our AI models without your explicit consent. Your photos are not shared with third parties except as strictly necessary to provide the Service (e.g., cloud infrastructure providers that host our processing servers).
AI-generated results may be stored on our servers to allow you to access them within the app. You may delete your generated content at any time through the app.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services that may collect information:
- Firebase (Google) — analytics, crash reporting, and remote configuration.
- Amplitude — product analytics to understand how users interact with the app.
- RevenueCat — subscription and in-app purchase management.
- AppsFlyer — mobile attribution and marketing analytics.
- Apple App Store — payment processing for subscriptions and purchases.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your data only in the following cases:

- Uploaded photos — deleted from our servers within 24 hours after processing.
- AI-generated results — retained until you delete them or your account is terminated.
- Account data — retained for the duration of your use of the Service, and for up to 12 months after account deletion to comply with legal and financial obligations.
- Analytics and usage data — retained in aggregated or anonymized form for up to 24 months.
- Purchase records — retained as required by applicable tax and financial regulations.
When data is no longer needed, it is securely deleted or anonymized in accordance with our internal data management practices.
7. Data Security
We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Service is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
